I'm a senior software engineer with 10+ years of experience, based in San Diego County. I've built software for Intuit (TurboTax and QuickBooks), GE Healthcare and ServiceNow. I started Webvise to give independent clinics and local contractors the same quality of website that usually takes an agency and a big budget.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes. I design a homepage mockup for your practice before you pay anything. If you don't love it, you walk away and owe nothing.

Does my website handle patient information?

No. Your booking button and request forms go to your own HIPAA-covered booking or intake tool, under your account. I never see or store patient details, and they never pass through my servers.

Do you add Facebook or Google ad tracking?

Not by default. Tracking pixels on medical websites are behind several large California privacy lawsuits. If you want them for ad campaigns, we'll talk through the risks first. Anonymous visit stats, with no cookies and no personal data, are included instead.

Can I show before-and-after photos and patient reviews?

Yes, done to California's advertising rules: before-and-after photos with matching poses and lighting, a “results vary” note, and your patient's consent. Reviews need the patient's consent too. You approve every claim before it goes live.

Which booking tools do you work with?

Most of them. If your booking or intake tool gives you a booking link or an embed code, your “Book a visit” button can open it. Tell me which tool you use in the form below and I'll confirm it works before you pay anything.

What does the $79/month cover?

Hosting, SSL, security, uptime monitoring, and 3 small edits each month, like a new service, updated hours or a price change. You also get anonymous visit stats: how many people visit, phone or computer, and which pages they look at. No cookies, no personal data, and nothing tied to a patient. There is nothing for you to install, patch or renew.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime, and your domain stays yours.
